Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and shops and restaurants. I tried some drinks at pub Super Pub, located 5 minutes walk away.

The location is perfect. Nearby attractions include Park Street and New Market. Muslim restaurants are in close proximity. Taxis are readily available. Convenient for shopping at West Side. Money exchanges are just in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Budget-friendly accommodations.

The breakfast offered a wide range of goodies. the staff was incredibly polite. - the hotel's location in the middle of Jackson is excellent for exploring Kolkata. - Conveniently situated near Marquise Street and restaurants.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, they gave us complementary drinks and snacks upon checking in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the popular sights. We got to enjoy the festive city atmosphere without having to go far. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The internet was fast and reliable, which was essential for staying connected with our loved ones during the holiday season.

There were some negatives. The bathroom was not very clean and had some issues with the water pressure.
